Micino Brian Njoroge’s tenure as Chairman of the Board is marked by a dedication to excellence and a pragmatic approach to leadership. His educational background, including an MBA in Operations Management from the University of Nairobi, complements his practical experience and competencies in Food Science, technology, and Nutrition.

Brian played a strategic role in the conceptualization, design and build of the Bulto Foods Ltd project, a significant investment in Kenya’s food processing industry. His involvement in this $10M project was characterized by effective coordination with a diverse team of professionals,showcasing his ability to lead
complex initiatives without overshadowing the collective efforts of his team.

His governance experience is further evidenced in his roles with Amref SACCO as Chairman of Supervisory committee and Chairman board of directors, Amref Housing Development Company Limited. In these positions, Brian has demonstrated a balanced approach to leadership, focusing on sustainable growth and ethical governance practices.
