Receive and store your Property Information.
Process your Property Information for verification purposes.
Display your Property Information (subject to approval) on the AHDC website and related marketing materials.
You understand that AHDC may verify the accuracy of your Property Information through various means, including contacting you for clarification and requesting supporting documentation.
AHDC reserves the right to edit, modify, or reject any Property Information submission that is deemed inaccurate, misleading, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Data Privacy:

AHDC takes the privacy of your Property Information seriously. Please refer to our separate Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

3. User Responsibility:

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the Property Information you submit. You warrant that you have the legal right to submit the Property Information and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights.

AHDC does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any Property Information submitted by users. AHDC is not responsible for any damages or losses arising from your Property Information submission, including but not limited to, inaccuracies, misrepresentations, or misleading information.
